As head of the investment planning arena, Nasser oversees the delivery of investment planning services, investment technology and assists the Chief Investment Officer with capital market research and portfolio design. He is a member of Lincoln’s Investment Policy Committee and Steering List Committee.
Nasser earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. Nasser earned the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2000 and CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) certification in 2004. He also earned his CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™), AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant) designations in 2007, 1998 and 1996, respectively. He is a member of the CFA Institute, Financial Planning Association and the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. Additionally, Nasser prepared a piece entitled “The Impact of 9/11 on the Global Economy” in the Encyclopedia of World Terrorism. Nasser is periodically interviewed by industry magazines and radio programs.
